Unfortunately yes. At this point since I am still friendly with him I don't think it is wise to speak much about the matter publicly. Some decisions are being considered by him in regards to the site about the Jman situation, won't say more than that. I would say at this point I have to agree it is best for both sides to move on. Not sure there is even a choice right now, still hope it all works out one day for all parties involved. His baseball wisdom will be missed.
I too am in the dark as far as the issues with DOGBALL!
While I do not know the extent of what DOGBALL did to deserve to be banned,I would request that unless it is very offensive he be given another chance and reinstated,I base this on the fact that he for the most part wins in every sport,and he is always at the top of my CHALLENGES.In my opinion DOGBALL is a tremendous asset to the forum in that he contributes great insight and many winners to this forum,in turn helping many people!
I would like to see him reinstated! Just my opinion!

Bucs knows more about the circumstances surrounding this as he is in the board and what he thinks is consistant with everyone else who is involved. Trust me it would be foolish for the site to want to get rid of this guy if we didn't feel we had to. No upside in this at all for us unfortunately. He had already informed us he was taking his clients with him when he left and I can't blame him for that. So no it wasn't anything I would ever want to do if it could have been avoided....
